  3. Implementation Timeline: Guidelines for schools to establish these labs, with a mandatory requirement for new affiliations and a three-year timeline for already affiliated schools.
  4. Enhancing Career Opportunities: Focus on aligning skill training with industry needs, improving employment prospects, exploring diverse career pathways, and fostering entrepreneurial skills.
  5. Encouragement to Offer Skill Subjects: Advising schools to introduce or expand the range of skill subjects offered to students.
  6. Compliance and Dissemination: Instructions for dissemination of the circular to relevant authorities and schools for implementation.
